Q1: I purchased these slides two months ago, and they are great. All of a sudden, it will not lock when in. It locks out, but not in. Any suggestions?
A1: I would check to be sure there isn't any obstruction in the track itself. The drawer does have to go back before it will lock. If it’s locked and you can’t push in, you can try to press and hold the lock to push.
